Initial Consultation

Haddad Hakansson believes strongly in the dynamic partnership between designer and client. Our approach to design is collaborative – an integral first step in getting to know our clients and their needs. In the initial meeting, we aim to fully understand your goals for a space, including what is working well and what could use improvement.

Remodeling and redecorating can be hectic and overwhelming.  No matter what the scale of the project; it is our goal to help navigate this time-consuming process in a way that is enjoyable and easily manageable for our clients. A fundamental understanding of their needs, combined with industry expertise, enables us to guide our clients to make well informed design decisions, thus avoiding careless, and often costly errors.

Design Plans

Many design projects are stalled because of the challenge of envisioning how everything will fit together. After our initial consultation, we will present you with a proposal and a scope of work. This will help clearly indicate the areas in which we can lend our expertise.

With our vetted network of partners, from architects and builders, to electricians and plumbers, we are well equipped to take on projects both large and small, all while maintaining the highest degree of quality.

With these resources, we can bring your design ideas to life. Together with our clients, we will review the drawings for a space and provide examples and samples wherever possible. It is our goal to empower you to visualize your space in a new way that is beyond what you may have been able to imagine yourself.

Execution

Execution may be the most difficult part of the design/remodeling process -- if not only for the extensive coordination required to deliver a project on time and on budget. With our broad experience with design, renovation and building, we manage projects with a great degree of detail, allowing our clients to be stress and worry free.

When doing a project alone, it is easy to overlook the seemingly small, but crucial details, or to be unprepared for what will come next.
